Claudette Varley, R.N., NIS Practitioner

Claudette comes to us originally from the Maritimes and has been practicing as a Registered Nurse for almost 20 years. She received her Diploma in Nursing from the Saint John School of Nursing in 1992. Since then she has obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Victoria in 2003. Her career has been mostly concentrated in the area of Intensive Care Units where she worked in multiple locations across North America such as Florida, Maine, New Brunswick and British Columbia. After Leaving the ICU at Vancouver General Hospital in 2002, Claudette went on to work as a Tele-Health RN at Healthlink BC until 2006.

Since moving to British Columbia in 2001, Claudette and her husband John decided to start a family. They were blessed with their first child, Evan, in 2005 and daughter Haven in 2006. When Evan was almost 5 years old he was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Since his diagnosis of Autism in 2009 Claudette has spent multiple hours researching and trying alternative therapies with little to no results. In early 2011 Claudette became aware of Neuro Integration System Therapy from a friend. After further investigation of NIS she decided to try it not only for her son but herself. After experiencing so many positive results in both her son and herself, Claudette decided to become a qualified NIS Practitioner (formerly known as Neurolink). In August 2011 Claudette will have completed her training from Neurolink. Her future plans include obtaining a Masters level status in NIS by 2013.
