Lisa Fershau, RMT
Lisa has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2005, and is now the co-founder of New Leaf Massage and Wellness.
Lisa's original studies in French and Linguistics at Simon Fraser University led her to a nine year career in the travel industry. She found Massage Therapy while trying to recover from a debilitating back injury resulting at work. While being treated for her low back, she discovered the benefits of Massage Therapy first hand, and was driven to a change in careers.
She graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2005 and is happy that she is able to share her knowledge and enthusiasm, of this field, with others.

Richard Zhang, LAc
Richard is a Vietnamese born Chinese Canadian. He immigrated to Canada when he was about fourteen. His parents are both medical doctors in China. After earning his Chemical Science Diploma at Simon Fraser University and the British Columbia Institute of Technology, he worked as an assistant manager for General Paint. He has also volunteered at Burnaby Hospital.
With his work experience, his background in chemistry and the influence from his parents, he finally decided to further his education and advance his career as a Traditional Chinese Medical practitioner. After graduating and obtaining both Acupuncture and Herbology Diplomas from the Traditional Chinese Medicine College of Vancouver in 2007, he went to China to have more hands-on experience with patients. He studied at PengShang Hospital in GaungXi. With the advice from his parents, and the blended cultural upbringing, he has gained more knowledge about this ancient art. TCM can help our awareness of balance and change, in order to achieve and sustain harmony, vitality and longevity.
Richard is passionate about inspiring and cementing fellow patients back to their pathways to healthiness for a more effective and productive lifestyle.
Kristi McLean, BBS, RCRT
Kristi has lived in Abbotsford for over six years. She received her Bachelor of Biblical Studies Degree from Eston College in 2000. In 2009 she completed the Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist course provided by the Reflexology Association of Canada.
Kristi will be a part-time, independent reflexologist at New Leaf. Kristi is passionate about reflexology and educating people as to the benefits of having a treatment. She is very excited to be part of the great team at New Leaf Massage and Wellness.

Angela Bradley, RMT
Angela has been a registered massage therapist since 2005 and as of recent has become a Doula. Prior to massage therapy Angela completed the Hospitality management program at Malaspina University College and worked in various management positions. While attending W.C.C.M.T. she worked at The European Day Spa doing spa massage and body treatments. She believes that relaxation is an important part of massage therapy. Rebecca McCormick, DC
Dr. Rebecca McCormick is a Burnaby native and graduate of the Chiropractic Program at Southern California University of Health Sciences. After completing her studies in 2001, she worked at Pacific South Medical Group as one of 24 doctors working closely together to better the health of their patients. She ran the Therapy Department of the Riverside office with the help of massage and physical therapy staff.
While working in California, she did post-graduate studies in a procedure known as Manipulation Under Anaesthesia and enjoyed privileges at Nations Surgery Centre in Encino where she treated select patients in this capacity.She held active licenses in California and Oregon, and now holds one for BC. She is a member of the College of Chiropractors of BC, the Canadian Chiropractic Association and the BC Chiropractic Association.
After eight years in human practice, Dr. McCormick has branched out into animal adjusting with a procedure call Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation (VOM) and has a growing patient base of mostly horses, dogs and cats. For more information, please visit www.mychirodoc.com
Brittany Rolleman, RMT
Brittany graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2008. The ability to help others and treat the body so extensively with her hands, is what drew her to massage therapy. She believes that every treatment is unique and must be fitted to the individuals wants and needs.
Alison Aspen, RMT
Alison graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2007. Alison approaches acute and chronic injuries with a hope to discover and resolve root issues. With a passion for postural training and rehabilitation, treatments continue beyond the time spent in the clinic. Alison enables patients to learn and practice new movements and activities to speed and strengthen the direction of optimal health.
